Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your JACO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
